For every ability, achievement, or job defined, use the most imposing verb you can think of. Begin the sentence with this verb, except when you must diverge the sentence pattern to keep away from repetitious writing. At the same time, show you are results-leaning. Wherever probable, prove that you have the desired requirements through clear strong statement of achievements, rather than a statement of potentials, talents, or responsibilities. Signify results of work done, and quantify this achievement whenever suitable. For example: “Commenced and directly complete automation of the Personnel Department, resulting in time-cost discounts of over 25%.” Additionally, prologue ability and experience statements with the adjectives “proven” and “demonstrated” to create this results-leaning.
